Who are we hiring?

The Coordinator Sales will provide both consumer-facing and back-end, administrative support to our MSGS sellers and leaders. This position will specifically assist with answering the inbound phone line to provide customer support to consumers looking to purchase seating and troubleshoot any technical issues they may be experiencing online. Additionally, this role will support various back-end policies and processes that are part of the purchase flow. The coordinator will also be responsible for generating reports from our selling platforms (Salesforce & Archtics), as well as monitoring dashboards.

What will you do?

  • Answering inbound inquires and assisting clients with any technical issues they have trying to purchase seating to MSGS events. 
  • Run reports in Salesforce and Archtics tracking those inquires and any purchases generated from these efforts. Track and provide daily, weekly, and annual sales reports.  
  • Execute sale of individual tickets of 5-8 seats to MSGS events, ensuring compliance of all sales in accordance with MSGS's terms and conditions. 
  • Collaborate with ticketing leaders to identify upsell opportunities. 
  • Work with ticket sales and service staff to support ticket system training, knowledge, and troubleshooting. 
  • Other responsibilities may include assisting coordinators and managers with their day-to-day responsibilities such as: 
    • Manage single event ticket sales dashboards in Salesforce.  
    • Contribute ideas and assist with the development of New Business ticket sales revenue-generating events or opportunities. 
    • Work with ticket operations and sales leadership team to ensure all accounts are compliant with MSGS’s terms and conditions.  
    • Support Ticket Operations and Box office needs on arena event days. 
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

  • Proven ability in prior customer service role 
  • Exceptional organizational skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple initiatives  
  • Must possess problem-solving and decision-making skills 
  • Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment 
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends & holidays

Pay Range
$45,000$65,000 USD
