New York, NY (February 13, 2025) – Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (“MSG Entertainment”), Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. (“MSG Sports”) and Sphere Entertainment Co., together, the MSG Family of Companies, announced today that Stephanie Andino, a seasoned human resources leader, will join the Company as Executive Vice President, People Practices, effective February 24.

In this role, Ms. Andino will oversee the People Practices function across the MSG Family of Companies and partner with the executive management teams to support key business objectives. Her purview at the three companies encompasses a wide range of departments including benefits, compensation, employee engagement, learning and development, policy and compliance, and talent acquisition. Ms. Andino will be based in New York and report to Jim Dolan, who serves as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MSG Entertainment, MSG Sports, and Sphere Entertainment.

Ms. Andino’s career includes leadership roles across global organizations in a range of industries. She joins the MSG Family of Companies from Crate and Barrel, where she served as Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, she led the comprehensive human resources operations for the company’s employees in North America. Prior to joining Crate and Barrel, Ms. Andino held multiple senior human resources leadership positions at Victoria’s Secret, which included supporting upwards of 40,000 employees and responsibility for learning and development; diversity, equity and inclusion; and talent acquisition, as well as supporting field operations. Ms. Andino also previously served as Human Resources Lead at Legends Hospitality, where she was responsible for building out the live events company’s HR infrastructure. Earlier in her career, her experience includes roles with companies such as PepsiCo, Fox, JWT, and Gap Inc.

Ms. Andino graduated from SUNY Binghamton with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and New York University with a Master’s degree in Counseling.
